Just called HTC to inquire about the repair progress of my HTC One, the CSR told me that they have exchange it to a new unit and will be delivered tomorrow. Wow! that’s great! Thank you HTC for the fast response! Two thumbs up for you guys! Well..I just need to wait for my unit and test it if there’s any problem.
