Last April I went back to Philippines for vacation and I was excited and happy to be with my family once again. My wife planned our trips during my stay so that my vacation won’t be wasted.
First, preparation for my son’s 3rd birthday party. It’s my first time to be with my son on his birthday and my wife planned it well and of course I was the one who financed the party..hahaha. The party went great, the kids had a lot of fun as well as other visitors. They enjoyed the magic show which I was also amazed on the tricks made. I’m really glad that my mom came on that day and as well as my nephews a nieces.
Second, we went out with my mom and kids and roamed around at SM mall and ate snack at Jollibee. At night, we went to night swimming and the kids really enjoyed it. Afterwards we rested for a day and the next day we went home to my province to visit.
Third, it’s time for us to pack our things and get ready for our Ilocos tour. We really had a great time in Ilocos and there are lots of scenic spots to go to. We went to different scenic spots during our travel to Pagudpud. After arriving to Pagudpud we were so hungry and after we put our stuffs at the room and went to eat. After dinner, we brought the kids to the pool for a swim and rested afterwards. The next day we enjoyed picture taking at Pagudpud and it’s really beautiful out there specially the beach. Before lunch we packed our things and gets ready for our next destination at Batac and Vigan!
We travelled to Batac and visited Marcos’s Museum which is quite cool. We roamed around and took pictures for a while and took the bus to Vigan where we will be spending the night. Vigan does have lot of beautiful places and the foods were great. We ate our dinner at Café Leona and after dinner went to look for hotel where we can spend the night. After checking in at the hotel, we went to the Vigan popular old street The Heritage Village and shopped for some souvenirs. The next day we continued our tour in Vigan and went to Baluarte Zoo which owned by Chavit Singson. The place is quite ok though there are only few animals in the zoo. After the zoo we went back to the old street and continued shopping. Once again we packed our things and went to the airport to fly back to Manila. I really had a great time in Ilocos and I hope someday we can go back again.
My remaining days in Philippines I spend it with my family until I went back to Taiwan for work again. Well, my next plan going back to Philippines will be on this Christmas and I just can’t wait for it! It’s really more fun in Philippines!
