Quick Recipe: Sate pork noodle

Sate pork noodle

Another quick recipe of mine that I usually cook after work.  It’s simple and quick to cook and i hope you guys will like it.  Preparations:

Pork (depends on how many person and cut it small)

Rice wine (2 table spoon for single serving)

Soy sauce ( 2 table spoon for single serving)

Sate/Satay sauce (2 table spoon for single serving)

salt (1 pinch)

Cooking oil

Egg noodles (Chinese style)

Garlic (you can also use garlic powder and the amount depends on you, I love garlic so I always pour extra amount 🙂 )

Directions:

Heat cooking oil then throw in pork and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes, add garlic and mix it for a minute, pour in rice wine and mix it for another minute, throw in sate/satay sauce, soy sauce and salt and mix it well for a minute. Add water about 1/4 cup and after boiling set it aside.

Boil water and pour in your egg noodle about 4 to 5 minutes or check it if it’s cooked, drain the water then mix it well with the sauce you’ve made. There you go! Dinner is ready! You can also add a little onion springs if you want 🙂

By the way I am not a professional chef, I am cooking my quick recipe on my own way. Enjoy eating!
